Holland trip 2022
August 28, 2024
Recently, Classic’s head grower, Clay Wallace, and our farm manager, Gary Henderson, took a trip to Holland for an informative tour of Alfons Canna Farm. The purpose of the trip was to gather information that could help Classic produce, harvest, package, and store cannas. They came away with many new ideas and farming techniques for our canna production in the future.
During their visit, Clay and Gary were given a tour of the Alfons storage and processing building.
They also had the chance to visit the canna fields. Here they were informed of their unique farming practices to produce healthy canna rhizomes.
